bajji Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the bajji platform. By registering an account or placing a bet on bajji, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything on this page. Please take the time to read it — it protects both you and bajji.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bajji ("bajji", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing the bajji website at bajji.club, downloading the bajji mobile application, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the bajji platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bajji platform. Your continued use of bajji following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. bajji recommends that you review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Plain language summary: Using bajji means you agree to these rules. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform. If we update the rules and you keep using bajji, that means you accept the update.

Eligibility

To register and use a bajji account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age. bajji strictly prohibits access by minors. If bajji has reason to believe that a player is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification, and any funds in the account will be held until the matter is resolved.
  • You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gaming is legal in your location before registering on bajji.
  • You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from bajji or any affiliated platform.
  • You must not be acting on behalf of another person. bajji accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering contracts, you are not eligible to use bajji.

bajji reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bajji support may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one bajji account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. bajji uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed. Winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be voided.

When registering your bajji account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

  • Your bajji account password must be kept confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.
  • If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bajji support immediately.
  • bajji accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.
  • bajji reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable regulations regarding dormant account funds.

Important: Never share your bajji login credentials with anyone. bajji staff will never ask for your password. If someone contacts you claiming to be from bajji and asks for your password, report it to support immediately.

Deposits and Payments

bajji accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — accounts belonging to another person — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account being suspended pending investigation.

Deposits on bajji are processed instantly. Once a deposit is confirmed by the payment provider, your bajji wallet balance is updated immediately. bajji does not charge any fees on deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider before depositing.

  • The minimum deposit amount on bajji is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though bajji reserves the right to apply limits to individual accounts based on risk assessment.
  • All deposits must be used for gaming purposes on the bajji platform. bajji is not a money transfer service and must not be used as one.
  • If a deposit is made in error or a duplicate deposit is processed, contact bajji support immediately. bajji will investigate and, where confirmed, reverse the erroneous transaction.
  • bajji reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for large deposits. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and is not a reflection on any individual player.

Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bajji does not currently accept cryptocurrency or international card payments.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from bajji are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure that funds are returned to their verified source. Withdrawals to a different account or a different person's account are not permitted under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount on bajji is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. In some cases, particularly for larger amounts or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours.

  • Before your first withdrawal, bajji may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued ID and proof of your registered mobile number.
  • bajji does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply transaction charges on their end.
  • Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full details on bonus terms.
  • bajji reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
  • If a withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated processing time, contact bajji support with your transaction reference number for an update.

Bonuses and Promotions

bajji offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. The general bonus terms set out in this section apply to all bajji promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

  • All bonuses on bajji are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be wagered before the bonus and any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
  • The standard wagering requirement on bajji bonuses is 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
  • Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Bonuses that are not used within the validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
  • bajji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonus funds and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting technical errors.
  • Each promotion is available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address unless stated otherwise.

Bonus abuse: bajji takes bonus abuse seriously. Any player found to be systematically exploiting bonus offers will have their account closed and any pending withdrawals voided. Play fair and enjoy the bonuses as they are intended.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the bajji platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of a conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence unless the game rules specifically state otherwise.

Every game on bajji uses a certified random number generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and verified by accredited third-party laboratories. The published return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate and reflect the long-term statistical payout of the game under normal operating conditions.

  • bajji prohibits the use of any software, tool, script, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players. This includes but is not limited to: bots, automated betting software, exploits, and collusion.
  • In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. bajji is not liable for any winnings that would have been generated from a malfunctioned round.
  • Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the bajji system. bajji does not reverse game results except in cases of verified technical malfunction.
  • bajji reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of exploitation of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical fault that resulted in an outcome that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions.

Responsible Gaming

bajji is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gaming on bajji is intended to be a form of entertainment. bajji strongly encourages all players to set personal limits and to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all bajji players at no cost and with no waiting period:

  • Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your bajji account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
  • Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given period. Once the limit is reached, you will be unable to place further bets until the period resets.
  • Session Time Reminders: Set an alert that notifies you when you have been playing for a specified length of time.
  • Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from bajji for a defined period — 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in or deposit.
  • Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from bajji. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months and can be made permanent upon request.

Account Suspension and Closure

bajji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity conducted through the bajji platform.
  • Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
  • Use of automated software, bots, or any other tool to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
  • Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against bajji through a payment provider.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bajji reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited. If no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting bajji support. Any remaining balance will be processed as a withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

Privacy and Data Protection

bajji collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on bajji, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bajji uses your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Account registration, verification, and management.
  • Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
  • Complying with legal and regulatory obligations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements.
  • Providing customer support and resolving disputes.
  • Sending promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.
  • Improving the bajji platform and personalising your experience.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bajji's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bajji is not liable for:

  • Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the bajji platform.
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if bajji has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the bajji platform or any part of it, whether planned or unplanned.
  • Any loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
  • Any technical issues with your device, internet connection, or mobile banking application that affect your ability to use bajji.

Note: Nothing in these Terms limits bajji's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bajji's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bajji's internal dispute resolution process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of bajji's operating jurisdiction.

bajji's internal dispute resolution process works as follows:

  • Submit your complaint to bajji support via the live chat or email channel, providing full details of the issue including your account ID, the date and time of the event, and the amount in dispute.
  • bajji will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a full written response within 5 business days.
  • If you are not satisfied with bajji's response, you may escalate the matter to bajji's compliance team by requesting escalation through the support channel.
  • bajji's compliance team will review the escalated complaint and provide a final written decision within 10 business days.
